What is brining meat?

“You can Brine your meat when you want to increase the amount of moisture in the meat. Take a cup of boiling water, and add some salt, and some Sugar. Wait till they both disolve. Chill the Brine and then once it is chilled you soak, or Brine your meat for a couple hours before cooking it.”

What is the difference between broth, and stock?

“There isn’t any difference between broth and stock, they are both made the same way, by boiling a carcass, and extracting the juices, and the flavors.”

Where does spicy flavor come from peppers?

“The spiciness comes from the oil in the seeds. You can remove the seeds, and that will remove the majority of the spice.”
