- 1/2 TSP Pepper
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 TSP Lime Juice
- Salt to Taste
