This is my version of Olive Gardens Zuppa Toscana

Ingredients
  • 2 Lbs Sausage
  • 2 Small Onions
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 8 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 11 Potatoes
  • 3 Cups Kale
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 TSP Salt
  • 1 1/2 TSP Pepper
  • 1/2 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
  1. Brown The Sausage

  2. Add 1 TSP Salt

  3. Add Garlic and Onions

  4. Add Broth and Water

  5. Add Potatoes

  6. When Potatoes are Cooked

  7. Add Salt, Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes

  8. Rip Kale off stems and Add to Soup.  

  9. Add Heavy Cream

  10. Serve and Enjoy
