Best Easy Guacamole Ever! Try it Today.

Guacamole hasn’t always been my favorite. I’ve never liked the super spicy ones you get in chain restaurants.  However, several years ago my family found a recipe for guacamole (I don’t fault my family for this). The guacamole wasn’t bad per-say.  However, it had Cottage Cheese in it, and I thought that was an absolute abomination.  I couldn’t get fully behind that recipe.

No Chunks

I looked into other recipes, however, a lot of them had tomato chunks in their recipes. I’m not a fan of big chunks in my guacamole.  I do leave the avocado a little chunky, however, they are so soft they squish when you eat them.

Making My Own

I took that recipe and made some of my own modifications.  It took years and a bunch of friends that were willing to be my test dummies and sounding board. I worked tirelessly on what worked and didn’t work in the recipe. I tried different combinations and finally, I had the best Guacamole recipe.

Some of the ingredients you put in this guacamole, I’ve been told is unconventional. I’ve been told that they aren’t authentic. However, I believe they really work together.

I hope you enjoy it.
